Scope
This policy applies to all departments, facilities, and activities under the control of Altitude Careers Ltd, including transportation, energy use, procurement, and waste management.
Objectives
• Reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions by 43% by 2030 and reaching net zero by 2050 . • Promote energy efficiency and the use of renewable energy sources. • Encourage sustainable practices among employees and stakeholders. • Comply with all relevant environmental legislation and standards. • Promote carbon reduction practices within the business that educates and creates consciousness to our individual and collective responsibilities.
Our Efforts
Responsibilities
• Safety Advisor: Oversees implementation, monitoring, and reporting of carbon reduction initiatives. • Department Heads: Ensure departmental compliance and promote awareness. • Employees: Participate in carbon reduction efforts and follow sustainable practices.

Energy Efficiency
• Conduct energy audits and implement recommendations. • Upgrade to energy-efficient lighting, HVAC systems, and machinery where applicable. • Monitor and reduce energy consumption in offices and facilities transportation • Promote carpooling, cycling, and public transport. • Transition to electric or hybrid vehicles where feasible. • Optimize logistics to reduce fuel usage. Explore and untalise renewable energy options where possible review power purchase agreements.

Waste Reduction
• Implement recycling programs easily accessible and practical in its use. • Reduce single-use plastics and paper. • Encourage and educate on daily reduction initiatives able to intergrate into the business DNA, and is inclusive of all members who actively contribute towards the carbon footprint under the business entity
Working Conditions
• Reduce sustainable practices within the workplace that promotes natural reduction within its everyday activities. • Hybrid to remote working environment which actively promotes direct effective reduction in waste, energy efficiency, transportation and commitment to active good practices and its sustainability. • Reduced need for overuse and over purchase of electronics, its duplication and maintenance thereof.
