Our client has a reputation for excellence in standards of care and seeks to employ a Residential Home Manager that shares its values and understands the complexities of young individuals in care between in ages of 8-17.

Experience:

• 3 Yrs+ working in residential childrens settings

• 2yrs+ working as a Home Manager in residential settings 

• Ability to lead , mentor and develop team members 

• Report and incident writing skills 

• Conflict resolution and staff dispute managment 

• Financial managment and budget control
